Reputation: 24Most of runescapes quests were pretty creative...there was one where you had to save this person that was turned into a chicken which is kind've lame but they were fun at the time I played it like 6 years ago.
Runescape always had pretty good quests. One of the best (read: annoyingly hard), was where you had to direct a beam of light through crystal pillars and change the colors by switching the directions and crystals. All the while you were being mauled by shadow monsters.. I always regretted wussing out on the final part and using a guide.

Reputation: 28Some of the solo quests in GW and WoW, where you have to kill a boss and his minions on your own... The only place in the 2 of those games, where u need skill and brain... Just sad, ya?
Stop argueing guys...
Most creative... Runescape for sure. Also all games with story quests are pretty good.
Most creative quest? Hellfire Penninsula in World of Warcraft has this little goblin dude beside a horde city. He gives you a quest to walk his felhound and kill felboars, once you kill the felboars the felhound eats the corpse and takes a crap and you have to search through the crap for a set of keys.
Reputation: 9this one quest from elder scrolls 3 was pretty crazy.
in order to get into this diplomatic society and become like a governor or whatever i had to talk to the guy and convince him to let me in. well he turned out to be gay and in order to let me in i had to strip down naked so he could see my goodies.
i had to literally take off all my clothes for him.
Reputation: 27In RO, I think it was a Blacksmith Quest where you're told to find a Hidden Man in Alberta, but actually can't be found. (Though he was standing behind/middle of Houses.)
And another quest in Priest, where you have to follow an NPC...
He walks too fast.
