    winrar or 7zip are the only ones i use apart from winzip

    btw i thought winzip was free? i never had to pay for my copy

    The best one is WINRAR. It'll tell you it's a trial copy when you download it, but it really isn't. You can ignore the message that says your trial is over for as long as you want.

    WinZip is free. It'll keep popping up with a "please register me" screen, but you can still use it, considering it is heavily used in todays downloads.

    But I'd recommend Winrar, considering it opens most compressed files, including zip files.

    With winrar I have run into atleast 1 file type I couldnt open with it.

    WINrar is all I use.

    It says you have 30 days for a trial, and it will expire soon, just ignore that message, and you'll have a free extraction tool forever.

    If you really like it, remember to donate to them. The more moneys the get, the more time they'll spend upgrading it.

    Winrar was too difficult for me... Do i sound like a blonde?

    No really, it always wanted me to do a lot of things, and then it all crashed up, so i went with Winrar... which expired, and normaly it dosent count for an expire but this time it wouldnt run...

    No, Winrar is not for me...

    Winzip is...

    I guess ill try 7zip

    Even if you don't buy Winrar it's free xD I'm using it for years already and evrytime i extract something it gives buy window and you have to click either "yes" or "no" and it continues extracting "

    Indeed lol. I feel kinda bad when I just use it and don't support them
