About the question marks... The game is in Japanese and your Operating System can't understand it so it gives you the question marks (Said it in a simple way).
Open up your control panel. Double click on Regional Settings. If you don't see Regional settings, make sure you click on advanced view. Go to the Advanced tab. click on "English" and put it to japanese. And you thought the question marks were bad..
