Sylph Online-Closed?

Hey guys, just wanted to know if anybody knows what's happening with Sylph Online? If you don't know what that is,it's a 2D game that's been in development for a long time,and i've been following the development of it for about a year now. It looked well put together and as a pixel artist the tiles and sprites were an inspiration. I was disappointed when i visited the site today to get the message saying "Sylph is Gone! " no explanation either.Anybody know what happened? Here's the link to the site by the way

high hopes, crushed. DAMN YOU CRUEL. the game started to get inactive and behold; they close it. so many (homebrew) games don't make it out of the development stage.

EHH IT WAS UP?! i was waiting for it to go up to play! they should have told the whole forum about the game being open and spread it out =_=

whether the game was actually ever released or not,we don't know,but i think they just abandoned the project,although being hacked is also a possibility..i mean it seems strange that they would be happy that the project is "gone"
