hes been refreshing the same page for two hours, that doesnt sound like the kind of person who would immediately take up physical exercise when they got bored. in fact it sounds as though actually moving to a different room (let alone outside) would be a major major last resort.

How about you try clicking the mouse constantly and see how many times you can click it in a minute. then try to beat that record!

i used to do that in exams with my pen.
