Default Patch can kill a good game.

Patch, some of you love them, some of you hate them.

Patch can change a game for the better or turn it into a pile of poo.I have played many games before and during most of the game patch, there alway something minor or a little bit of good in them. But today let not talked about the good, but rather, the BAD.

Here are some games that been UTTERLY destroy by just one patch or less than 3 patches.

1.Zu online- The nerfing of an already underpower class, and afterward the dreaded installation of guards which TOTALLY kill the PK experience in the game. Not only that, the devs have the GUTS to make it in a way that you basically have to PAY in real money to play the game. Those who have play this game from the 1st week will know what i meant.
A shame this game have potential.

2.Runescape, now most of you would probaly say that Rs is a bad game, but it just your opinion. Runescape was still attracting people until the one fateful patch that drove alot players to quit. What did the patch do?

It took away the best thing in the game, which was the FREE FOR ALL PK area in the Wilderness. Shame.....Atleast there still bounty, but that gay.(no offence.)

3.Eudemon or Conquerer Online-I forget which was which, but the patch that ruin it for me along with alot other was the implemented of the 'Potency'.
Potency is kinda hard to explain, let just say it kill stragedy in Pk.

There you have it folks, that my list for the main games that I know and played until those damn patches was place in.

You can discuss if you want.

I just want to relieve my tension as to why some developers would do something soo STUPID as said in some of the patches. They would to lose their players base :/

What about the FlyFF patch that allowed a level 35 to destroy a level 110?

Probably the patch that pissed me off the most was the flyff patch when they took out the skill training and just put in skill points. It was fun to train skills... after they ruined it. Skill points just sucked

While I've never played it, i seem to hear a lot of stuff about a Star Wars Galaxy patch that ruined it for everyone..that's the one i hear the most anyway.
