I smoked a cigarette once. I hated the taste and the feeling it left in my mouth. Never touched another one since.
I like shisha out of a hookah from time to time though. It's extremely different than dry tobacco. Also tried saliva, among other things. But I stick with water pipes. No paper-rolls, normal pipes, etc, for me.

See its an interesting topic actually. IF we are talking about cigarettes, in the US you will tend to find it less common then in the EU or Japan. that is because in todays society we have been taught it is not good to smoke, and people actually frown upon you for doing it. I am not saying it is never done or rarely done but more then not it is not. I only say this from talking to a person who use to live in Washington then got drafted for the EU basketball team. He smokes and was telling me about this and the more I thought about it the more it made since. However this is more significant in chewing tabaco.

QUit smoking the "coffin nails" about 3 years ago after my last fight with tonsilitis. Found out it was the cigarettes that cause my tonsilitis.
Now if your talking about smoking the "green"........ I quit smoking that a while back, but its only a temporary thing. Need to get my business off the ground and get my house finished before I mess with that again.

I don't enjoy killing myself slowly by coating and clogging up my vital organs with black tar, and inhaling thousands of harmful toxins. Sorry, it just wasn't ever exactly my cup of tea.
Plus, I'm an athlete. Smoking ruins athletes careers because it makes it harder to breathe, and thus makes you more susceptible to tiring out, running out of oxygen and forming lactic acid, blah blah blah. (I won't get all uber honors bio on you guys, for now.)

First, allow me to clarify my stance on drug consumption(note: alcohol and tobacco are also drugs). Oh, and so is marijuana. I've seen people say that it isn't, but it is. Drugs do not have to be man-made. A drug is a substance that alters your state of mind or being. But that is not always a bad thing, and judging something on simply that it's a drug is blind, and arrogant if you pull a double-standard and think that medicine is not a drug.
