also the big speech before the bad guy shoots the hero happens because truly evil people will gloat over their victim before killing them, its a movie stereotype.

you seem to like action movies, try watching the 1980's version of The Thing by John Carpenter. thats a good film with a relatively unexpected ending which isnt so heavily stereotyped for the action genre.

Nah I have watched the Thing, and Aliens take 10 seconds, always a moment in every Alien series where it takes a while to get its tongues...tongue out.
