This is hecka funny, I was looking at an old topic and it was before both Sandy and FabianN where moderators and myself. And this was a post that we use to get quite often which was what does it take to be a moderator. Well look at the 5th and 6th post in it. Seems that "it" worked for both of them. (You will understand when u read it).
