This server is LEGAL, none of the copy-right code has been used and the emulator was built from scratch. Its a free, OPEN SOURCE, project.

ITS NOT ONE PRIVATE SERVER. Its a chain of DEVELOPERS and SERVERS that work on an open source project. Secondly, the developers have a pact with mythic that they use an account there to test bugs and fix them on the open source project. PRIVATE does NOT mean ILLEGAL. Private just means its not owned by a chain or a big company. NOT ILLEGAL. DEAL WITH IT.

ive tried to deal with the problems with advitisors, hackers and cheaters. but it seem like no one cares and everybody's toungs are up those Mods' asses.

It lacks mods maby a member/volunteer mod system would work here aswell..

Its proven to be good many times...

They do not ignore them, I should know. You just need to apply to the right person.

download ToA and get the feel of the game. afterwards download LoTM, cause it has way better gfx.
