mabinogi is just a runescape clone, it has longer history and probably a bigger community
lots of things to do in game, no class limitation, a game which you can really be anything you want, no grinding etc.
graphics are hardware friendly, you should be able to run it on max with any computer
many say mabinogi is uber good/revolutionary etc.
i say why not play the classic version of it, its just gonna be a stupid hype

im sorry, but RUNESCAPE has been out for longer than mabinogi... if u got a P2, 10 gig HD, and a pathetic 8mb gfx card, along with a 258 mhz, and something like 32 mb of ram, then yeah RS is for the winners. However, i dont think even those specs can handle it LOL

For a F2P game RS is ok. It still falls in with every other F2P when it comes to serivces beyond the intial ingame performance.....poor.
Mab may have a few unique features, but the good material rotates around you using the cash shop.
If there was a third option, it seems Warrior Epic may be it. Dont really know yet, TBH. CB testing will begin soon. We will know then.

Warrior Epic looks cool, but I hope it doesn't turn into another generic mmorpg which tries to look cool, but it the end it's the same ole bull sh*t.
Also regrading Mab, from playing the KR version it's just another mmo with a pretty face. I played the game for a weak, it was fun at first, but after a while it turns into a generic wasd or point and click grind fest with quests here and there that try to break the tedium. It does have cool things like aging,food affecting you health, etc but I found it to be cool, nothing that would cause me to go "OMFG IF I DON'T PLAY THIS LIFE WILL HAVE NO MEANING ANYMORE!!!!"

Though Runescape IS probably older than Mabinogi, Mabinogi has been out for a very long time as well. It's only just now hitting western shores. I've played the Mabinogi jp and I liked it but I didn't play all that much because of the language barrier.
I've played runescape, got kinda far, but it wasn't a fun game, it was just something to do kind of like Cabal. Then again, I rarely thoroughly enjoy games anymore.
