Chinese Medecine vs Western Medecine.

how come I never see Chinese medicine on commercials? If the medicine survives for many years then how did they conduct proper research and testing to see the results?
Western Medicines are properly research and have better labs.

Uhh first of all Im Chinese so I see this stuff on commercials. You will never see a chinese medicine ad on NBC right?? And we do tests too!!> its not like here drink this and die. WE TEST THEM!!!

i still choose western medicine. i mean the WHO is based on western countries, asia only gave us SARS and bridflu.

Id rather trust the west. theres a chinese clinic near me but i wouldnt want to go near it.

based on what i know about chinese medicine id rather go see a conventional doctor.

We had SARs but we ended it now there is no more SARs. Bird flu is still a problem but not all the diseases come from asia>_>

There are numerous sources that Chinese medicines uses a lot of animal product too. Like for example: rhinoceros horn, shark fin, bear bile.
A lot of the animals that are used in Chinese medicines are endangered.

rhinoceros horn.....really....they had rhino's in china....no way...

Even if they did then we are no endangering animal speicies any more!! The shark fin is actually great for your health but now ppl are killing less sharks! Bear bile not sure about it.....

Chinese medicine tastes bad but the effects are great. Westeren medicine doesnt taste bad but has really bad side effects

I rather choose both. A little of Chinese and westeren medicine :3
