As it stands many would like to play Mabinogi in one place. They IP blocked Europe because Nexon wanted to make a EU version. But the forms of adversary fell and they succumed to the many that were waiting for it.
In Mabinogi's case... It seems more likely. Just too popular to hold US and Europe.

That isn't a reason. Nexon can get ALOT of money by selling the game to gametribe, and then they can make it EU only, since mabinogi will (probably) be NA only after the OB.
