There both pretty decent games. But I don't like be limited to amount of turns in a game in shinobi legends. I think it gives you a limited amount then you have to wait a day. I think that's the only thing I don't like.
In Naruto Arena I don't like having to wait 40 seconds for my opponent to take a turn and I don't like waiting for matches. Being able to chat with your opponent would be nice aswell. I liked that it's a strategy game. and fighting certain characters really pissed me off. I think Gaara/Sasuke was a real pain to go against. Other than that I had a fun time with this game.
