Event Garden or Poppuri Dungeon - Dungeon has easier monsters, so noone gets assassinated during the meeting. Or Event Garden, there's no monsters at all, it's a relaxed but sometimes busy place. Plus there's digging spots.

1432 is the safe way to go you wont die as much and you wont crit as hard.
