    My favorite thing to do was to kill the NPCs the opposing faction had to escort to complete a mission.

    They really hate it when you wait till its close tot he end of the quest and then the NPC they are escorting dies. Got to do it all over again and I was waiting for them to come by again. What can the opposition do? Nothing, killing the escorted NPC did not flag me.
