Problem setting up hlds behind firewall

i know this is not exactly the right place for this help thread but its probably the most appropriate place to post in onrpg
and since onrpg is the only forum i visit i cant help but ask for help here

so me and my friends decided to play CS 1.6 again
my PC is relatively better than theirs so its logically i should set up a server for them to play

i'm trying to do this behind a router
no matter i choose lan or internet game the hlds shows a lan ip ( 192.168.x.x )
i've tried port forwarding ( i guess i've done it right ) and even DMZ but its still the same

any help would be appreciated

whatismyIP.com should give you your ip address
but don't forget to tell them which port to use.

i tried but the server cannot be found with that external ip
