Default Neverwnter nights 2 on a bad comp! HELP!!!(again)

Yes, I know what u are all thinkingright now. He look, crap coputer man got a new game. The answer is unfortnately yes. After having little or no luck with my oblivion woes, I decided to play a nice RPG game. Neverwinter nights 2. No problems there right? WRONG!!!!! I found that NWN 2 runs a about 12 to 22 fps on minimum setings (resolution too), WHEN NO-ONES AROUND IN THE ROOM. Is a decent rpg xperience to much to ask for a guywho iscurrently brke and has a worse than crap machine?

Here are my (incredibly crappy) specs

    Windws Vista Home Premium
    2GB of ram
    2.1 ghz dual-core processor (AMD)
Nvidia 6150 128 mb of Video ram (up to date)
    onboard sound
    bad MO-BO

Is there something, somewere to make my rpg experience better? PLEASE HELP!!!

Eh? I played NWN2 just fine on this 6600. Not maxed out mind you, but it looked fine and played fine.
