What do you think of it so far? Do you guys like the way how they build the gameplay and their features? As for me, Ive gotten to lvl 6, and so far i hate he combat. Its to slow. Infact the game is sorta to slow. >_>

But this game is mainly about quests. As far as i know. Its a quest after the other.

I would give mabinogi a 7/10

It doesnt go to well for me, but ill try to stick with it and see how it goes.

Also to me Mabinogi seems like a 2nd version of Runescape. With a little bit more creativity.

Why give mabinogi 0/10 ? Graphics doesnt matter only the gameplay does. And its not all about grinding you can do other stuff. Look at holic online now that is a grinding game same goes for cabal online.

Combats far better than all the other point and click games out there.
Partying is very fun.
Loads of features.
The main problem is the cash shop.

mabinogi is just plain boring , oh right alot of stuff to do COOL!! lol who cares? the gameplay is just not deep(i dont mean mining ,farming etc.... i do understand myself.) and combat system is boring as runescape .

as mentionned i tried Jmab. and wasen't that great ..my own opinion.

To be honest, I'm quite impressed so far. The music making is pretty awesome, I heard someone play the Metal Gear Solid theme at the first town (the names are too weird for me to remember). The combat system is interesting; I think some people are being a bit too harsh on it, it takes awhile to figure out. So far I'm level seven or eight and I'm enjoying it.

I hope the cash shop doesn't ruin the fun.

As much as I like the game it just fails for me now with Nexon announcing 30minutes after Pre-OB starts that mabinogi will be NA-only with no news of an EU version coming anytime soon. So Europeans and everyone else not in NA can't play Mabi but there isn't even a version for us in the works, and if it is its a long way off. T_T

Just use a proxy, it's not hard.

Anyways, I rate the game 7.8/10
The game has many features and life skills. I like the way you have choices when chatting to a NPC, all the game clips are nice, dungeons always change, tactics needed to fight, especially vs that bear which was fun. Party quests are cool and I can go on.

The game adds a lot of fun features, and the non-generic fighting system can keep your attention. Though I wish monsters didn't attack me so quickly a lot of the time, but I'm getting the hang of it. I used to think it was slow, but killing a monster in this game is much faster then in other games though you may not noticed it. Also when fighting those harder monsters its more fun and a lot of thinking comes into play.

i didn't really understand the hype. i played it and was kinda bored. it looks nice, but it slow paced. too casual for me. the community was spectacular, really nice. maybe it's just too casual/nice/cutesy for my likes.

Thats what they just announced, it wont be global. And I personally hate having to play games through proxies >.<

Err, have you not noticed how many people are in the game right now?

This isn't even release. A lot of people are not even played because characters get wiped.

If we had all of EU coming in as well, the game would insta-fail. The servers would lag like heck, or the game would crash. Then they'd just kick EU out again.

Rebirthing is required for the game.. those are provided by cash shop.

Rebirths are in the mythology. Its in EVERY version.

to be honest... mabinogi is the only game to really piss me off.

ok everyone, and i litteraly mean everyone, was hyped about it ( few exceptions), i was hyped too.

but then: disaster after disaster. nexon didnt allow eu players to play. the game was cash shop dependent. the gfx was sucky. the battle was lame ( even though people think its soooo nice -.- ) and so on...

anyways... clothes was hair and eye dependent... where the FUQ did they get that idea. '' oh hey! you have blue eyes right? you are born to wear pink clothes!!?!?=''

ok so i decided to give it a try. What happens? i cant configure my gfx so it dosent look so dark and the resolutions just screw it all over. anyways, i could manage to play with horrible graphics and almost diabolic light. so i move on into some quests and such. does it surprise anyone, that the quests was about guarding stupid sheeps?

Anyways. there was quite few dungeon quests in the start which made it a bit better... and to be on the fanboys side (whom always have a lot of good points about the game), you could actualy collect eggs...

oh well... 5/10 ... for bad options, oppurtunities about the system, non serious quests and totaly randomness
