Me, I love hot foods so mine is a sweet hotsauce. I dont care for the vinegar based hotsauces.

anyways. in Denmark we got this thing called : '' Remoulade''... it's pretty tasty. a mix of curry and some other things with mustard... tasty

oh and that Kebab/Falafel Chili sauce... dunno if you find it any other places in the world.
