A dijon will and even horseradish mustard. The generic French's yellow mustard is a heavily diluted version of the original.

Try biting into 3-4 mustard seeds and see what happens. You will realize you are wrong.

Wasabi will do the same thing.... make your face oooze snot and tears.

not to brag about it, but i guess im one of those who cant feel the ''hot'' thing about wasabi. i have tried several types. the fresh ones, the cream, the one on tube and the one on sushi. i just dont feel its that warm/hot to be honest...

but i do know that the small chilis ( the red and green ones from Taiwan or Thailand which are like 4 cm. or something like that) are pretty damn hot.

I don't find it spicy either. but it still has the tear affect. hehe

Ahhhh that sux. Why not get groceries... and get some wasabi? Then you can make it yourself.

Around here, they dont have the vegetables I need to make it right. The closest place to get them would be an hour away.

There is this place I found in St Louis County. Its called Shogun Steakhouse of Japan. I plan on taking my wife up there this weekend. Maybe I will find a good one there. St Louis County is only 45 minutes from where I live.
