I do suggest joining ShikaEven though it's British, the community is english-only. While Rushu and Rosal are international, most of the players are between French and BRs
I do believe there's a new North American version though, you can check it out
The game itself is pretty good, but saddly enough you kinda need to subscribe after Lv. 40 or so, if not, it will be pretty hard to level
