yeah i use something else like hotspot shield and it works fine without lags (germany and fullspeed internet) and no prox

This whole licensing stuff is getting out of hand. I miss the days where every mmo only had one big global server and maybe a small foreign server for the country the game was made in.

not really, if, lets say, a EU ip decides to release the game, and they dont want EU players playing on NA, they can request an IP block from other countrys.
this was most likely asked by the makers of the game so that they can sell it to other ip's and make more money, has nothing to do with the publisher really.

I dont know why some people hate mabinogi its better then most mmos out thier that are mostly grinding. Anyway Some other country have thier own verison of mabinogi . Thier should be a global version of mabinogi >_>

I'm from the UK and I was able to play.
However, then, I got bored of the game, thought it was awful and went to play CoV for a while.

IP Blocks = Less lag, and more money.
You basically force an area into spending it on your game instead of others. If a IP Block request is sent by the game host, an EU version is imminent, or still in the works of being licensed.

its not nexons fault but at least they are actually trying to fix the problem by opening games for each region like maplestory soon it will expand into their other games just gotta wait a while longer
