ok so i play tennis and lately everytime i serve the ball, i get this pain inside my elbow/bicep. i know its not tennis elbow cuz the pain isnt on the outside (if i touch the skin, it doesnt affect it) but its on the internal part.

You actually may have tennis elbow. When they say the outer part of the elbow, they actually mean the part facing outwards (lateral epicondyle), not the skin.
Reputation: 26You should be going to a doctor, and not asking random people on an online gaming forum.
Anyways, does it feel like the bone, or the muscle? If it's the muscle, it could simply be due to overuse/fatigue of the muscle due to the repetition of serving.
Or, if it's the bone, it could be a hairline fracture, if it really isn't bothering you that badly.
I really don't know, you didn't give enough info.
I doubt it's a hairline fracture, or even that it's any sort of fracture at all. I'm guessing it's just fatigue of one of the muscles you're using while serving. Give it a few days rest, and you should be fine.
Where is the pain exactly? The joint?
It could very well be tennis elbow, even though it's not too common in younger people. It could also be a pulled muscle. A doctor is really the only way to find out exactly what it is. At worst, you'll probably need some physical therapy if it's a badly pulled muscle, nothing too bad to worry about though.
Reputation: 16If I'm understanding your description of where the pain is correctly, the only thing you can do aside from going to a doctor or getting an elbow brace, is to stretch it out. Whenever I'm doing a bench press or a dumb-bell curl, I get this sharp pain in my elbow thats not on the bone or skin, but its definately underneath the skin. What I do to fix it is keep using my elbow until the pain goes away. I know it sounds like a perfect way to make it worse, but thats just what I do.
