hey when i click start game in the launcher it comes up with a message " the user cultural information id is not available using korean instead"and then crashes and exits please can you offer advice on to to fix this.

You need to change your Regional language setting to "US english"
the problem from what i've herd has something to do with
mabinogi displaying stuff "time/otherthings" Strictly in US english, no idea why its like that lol.
but yeah change regional settings to US english and it'll work, it worked for me so yeah.
