Yes, another one. It doesn't have it's own section yet, so deal with it.
Anyway, on to the question. Seeing as the AP you get in the beginning is quite limited, I figure it would be best not to spam life skills if I wanted a semi-powerful character. So, I decided to get one or two that would be useful, and then just upgrade those until later after multiple rebirths, when I (Hopefully) have AP to blow. And since you have to wait an annoying 24 hours to delete your character, I don't want to screw up (Again...).
So, which ones would be most useful, yet not completely boring?
I was thinking either Music Playing/theory/composing; potion making/herbalism; cooking, or maybe tailoring/weaving.
Keep in mind I'm not just looking for battle bonuses, though those would be nice, I want something thats relatively fun, possibly profitable (Money wise), and only then battle-useful. I appreciate any help I can get.
This is something you'd have to really experiment with yourself, trust me, I asked for advice on my old TW character and every time it turned out horribly, I spent about 25 bucks on Character Cards, just experimenting, and it didn't turn out well for each one, and when I made one on my own personality and interests, it turned out REALLY well, and I still play it and have fun with it till this day.
All I have to say is if you want to make some real cash at higher levels, go with tailoring shirts and stuff like that, you can charge whatever the **** you want and get away with it because people are desperate for armor. It can be a gamble though because of materials you need to buy.
I was afraid of that. I'm not afraid to spend a few bucks (Especially the minuscule amounts they charge for character cards; I don't see why people ***** about that), it's just that I'm not going to have any money for about two-three weeks, and I'm stuck just deleting and restarting my beginner character, which is a serious pain in the ass due to the whole "wait till 7.00 AM tomorrow" thing.
You can do farming but its not a skill really. It is related to some 'production mastery' skill thou.. And yes you can cut grain then get it into flour ..etc... but no it doesn't beat the RS's one.
