    Don't do excersises. It will just make your adrenaline grow and then it will be more difficult to sleep.

    Eh last night the hallucinations got worse and I didn't want to drive to school today seeing stuff since it's wet and I'd probably have a wreck so I burried my face under some pillows so it was absolute dark and I crashed pretty soon. Even though it's only 3 1/2 hours of sleep, it helps a lot when trying NOT to die
