Theres this kid alex thats like kind of like that. No one likes him but atleast he knows it.
We told him why no one likes him and he still does it. Kid has the most annoying laugh, always lies, makes up stupid stories and tries to make em funny but fails. Oh and he's always grabbing my shoulder and saying. You know I could break your shoulder right now. I just tell him off and say good for you.

just say to him in nice and calmly "dude we dont want you hear, please find new people to hang with"

this may seem like a ratty way out, but it works without anyone getting in trouble.
go to your assistent princapal and ask him to have the kid come in and you and possibly your friends in also, and sit him down and Explain to him you dont want him around.
if he doesnt listen after that with the principal knowing of the situation take an act of restraining order immediatley. :3
