So I had something arrive in my inbox today that does not directly pertain to games. It is a (fairly new) Facebook app called Partyline. Basically, with a facebook profile and using the app from http://www.equals.com/ you can set up an old-fashioned partyline over your phones. This allows people to dial everyone on the partyline at once and everyone can talk together over a single phone line.
The reason I am posting this because I can actually see the use of this for gaming. Server reboot happening and want to run and get the special mosnters that will respawn when the server goes back up? Ring the partyline! Trying to set up some plans for a night leveling in a game but people are not on their messengers? Partyline! There are more, but you get the idea.
Neat little Facebook app...
