If people are not gonna use the sections properly..

This is really bothering me. Recently we have been getting so many mmorpg request topics in the free 2 play mmorpg section. When there is clearly a mmorpg request section. The mods ignore them and just let it continue.

Every time I try to tell people that theres a mmorpg request section, I get blamed for trolling, or mod wannabe. I want people to understand that there are different sections for a good reason.

Last I knew it was a rule to post topics where they belong. I mean I mine as well go to the browser/Mud section and request a fps type of game? I get flamed when telling people to post in the right sections all the time. The flaming don't bother me, its there lack of respect for the rules of this forum that bothers me.

Well almost all of the subsection (with the exception of MS) have no one in them.

OnRPG should advertise the sections more. I doubt half the people in the Free MMORPG section knows they exist.

Yep what greed said, they'd never get an answer if they posted in the sub sections.
I do understand where your coming from though Trying to "guide" everyone to the right forums.

all the other sections are dead, and this is a hypocritical thread since it pertains to the suggestions section of onrpg.

and this hasn't been recent, it's been going back for years and trying to stop it is like trying to stop 4chan from growing.

Listen, this is not a suggestion or feed back man. This section has all sorts of spam...if thats what you like to call general talk. This is a general subject..

And also you gotta stop worrying about where people post.
Most people get it right, the ones that don't ussually thought they were posting in the right section, or realize that the right section is VERY Dead, and ussually post in "Free MMO" section sinces its the closest Subforum/forum to the topic there posting that has lots of people to answer the question for them.

I seriously don't know why its bothering you that much lol. its what? like 1 or 2 topics every few days?
Its a forum, iono what you expect everything to be "perfect"?
do you want all the topics in alphabetical order aswell lol?

Actually I was a bit intimidated to come into General. I read one thread and everyone was flaming each other and stuff.

yeah. there's some sort of "hostility" in general

. But to summarize what i've said, if you are a new user in a forum, the first place you will go is the most active section. You can't blame them, but the TS is true that they can be educated
