    Welcome to the internet.

    Classroom session #1.

Important internet lesson; Have a problem? Use google first.

    Step 1:

Type in "http://www.google.com" into your URL bar in the browser and hit "Go".

    Step 2:

Insert your problem. I put in; processes not showing on taskbar.

    Step 3:

    Look for reasonable pages. Example:

First link: Workaround for Vista Taskbar Thumbnail Previews Not Showing ..
Nope, not Vista. No luck there.

Second link: Technology Thoughts: Windows XP taskbar not showing up
Nope, taskbar does show, just not applications. No luck there.

    Moving down..

Fourth link: Taskbar NOT showing windows which are open [Archive] - PC World Forums
    Ahh, perfect! The same problem!

    Step 4:

Open the page and browse. If it's a long article, use "ctrl+f" to find the specific problem in the article faster than reading the entire article.

Here's the page for you also, so you can view it for the solutions they listed.

Thank you, I've read through the site and I've tried what it says in the forum.
It didn't have any "Greeting Card" things in my Add/Remove. But I did get rid of junk and things that could potentially be causing my problem. I restarted just now and nothing happened.
This is so strange though.. My quick launch icons just take over my taskbar, I can't move them at all. Then I went and rightclicked the task bar and went to -Toolbars>Quick launch, which would disable the quick launch icons from my taskbar. After I did this my taskbar disappeared completely. Although I could see a small hint of blue on the bottom of my screen.
I right clicked that and went to toolbars again, and activated the language bar. It did the same thing, just take up the taskbar.
I'm both confused my frustated on what to do here.

Btw, I made created another windows account to see if it had the same problem. The new account was perfectly fine, I could see my applications and something like the language bar didn't take up all the taskbar space.
I hope this last bit could help out a little.

    EDIT: I'm a complete dumbass.. =[
I didn't try what Shattered Skies mentioned.
I read his post and I tried it, doubting it would work.
I downloaded it, opened it, and it fixed it.
Much thanks, and sorry for putting you through the trouble MrWafflez.
