    Default Increasing Torrent Download Speeds

    After looking closer, this guide was not such a good idea.

    The guy had a completely wrong idea about what these connection limits do.

    So I have no idea.

    Vista might not have the TCP connection limit, so I dunno if this would do any good with vista.
