Don't you ever feel sorry for the chicken? I do :[
NO.
All they're going to die is eat, shit, and make more babies. They taste good, so that makes up for it.
I will eventually become a vegetarian for more reasons than feeling sorry for a chicken, but one of the main reasons is because I've felt more and more guilty as time has gone on, while eating meat.
nope, but I got a great restaurant idea.
we move to texas, buy a few acres of land and open a restaurant where you can go out the back and pick out your own chicken and shoot it yourself.
we then skin it and prepare it for you due the next day, as many chickens as you like, and then we'll expand to goats, cows and other animals.
oh **** yeah.
also, i'd die before i go vegetarian, i would need to start taking protein supplements and building muscle would become fawking impossible D=<
Reputation: 16I'm sure that there are places like that out there, Serix. For really rich people, I mean. I doubt they'd be shooting chickens though. Maybe deer or geese.
In soviet Russia, chickens eat you!
I only feel sorry knowing that the chicken I am eating is longer able to produce more chickens for me to eat.
Reputation: 10I love chicken but if they were seriously endangered or even extinct I woulden't mind eating DUCK![]()
Hah, hell no. I eat and think of nothing else of what is on my plate, regardless if it says moo, oink, or even woof. For that is how the mind of a typical contradictory human works. I would show remorse and sadness for one of my own passing on, but the knowledge that millions of animals are born to only die a painful and humiliating death is easily satiated by the enjoyment of eating them.
High five for human society!
Reputation: 22No, the only thing they're good for is food.
And the males for fighting.
Reputation: 10nope i just tear it up.
humans arnt the only organism to kill other organisms. I don't get why people turn vegetarian because they feel bad for the chicken. You might as well turn lions and wolfs into vegetarians.
Foolish chickens, bow down to my superior standings on the food chain!
Reputation: 24I don't know, maybe try asking the chicken if it feels guilty eating a worm.
When I eat chicken I feel sorry that the chicken can't experience how good he/she tastes.
Not really. I'm told that as a kid at my nonna's I once got a bit freaked out about eating either rabbit or lamb, though. I got over it.
