Thoughts on Drug Screening Test?

Yesterday i finished my second interview in IKEA and I had to do a Drug Screening Test = Saliva and Urine.I'm Still waiting for the results of it ,they said in 72 hours so i hope i get the job.

My question is what are your thoughts on Drug Screening Test?
Is it Bad for employment or no?

perfectly legal.

they arent discriminating against you.

i wouldnt hire an alcoholic if i knew a person was one, i also wouldnt hire someone who i knew used drugs regularly. its an employers privalege.


as to whether any of those things make someone unworthy of a job, thats another question.

My response is, under responsible use, how so in such a way which it invades your own person life?

Or do you support a police state under the control of a dictator?
