    Don't use them much. I can't even remember the one I use. I like it better than Winamp though.

    For music, either foobar or winamp.

    foobar is great if you are willing to take the time to customize it. That is it's strength. It's got full customization in every aspect.

    Winamp is great if you just want to use the program out of the box with minimal customization. It's ready to go with a ton of features, and is very resource friendly.
    That, and it's got milkdrop which is the 2nd best thing for music ever.


    For videos, Media Player classic is nice. So is VLC

    iTunes for music, and since that's all I use, that's all I can suggest.

    Milkdrop is the best visualization software for music.

    Where most visualization software uses the CPU to render(like WMP, iTunes, etc), milkdrop runs off of the GPU, so much higher detail and smoother.
    It also just looks so much cooler.

    And then theres all the cool options and features it's got.
