    Makes me so mad when i wanna go to sleep and can't sometimes.

    Wouldn't that be insomnia not tourettes? And also is consistant tweaking/ twitching classified as tourette's? I do that and I'm not sure if its that or just I have too much energy and my body twitches as a natural way to get rid of it :P
