Superman Or The Flash?

Just to settle an argument me and a friend are having. Who would win in a fight?

Location: Planet Earth. Everywhere on earth.
Powers: (Just going with their general powers)
Superman - Heat Vision, Super Strength, Flight, Invulnerability to most blunt and pierce weapons and damage, X-Ray vision, Super speed.

The Flash - Super super speed, Ability to move through walls, ability to move faster than light, Speed Force effects, Super human reflexes, ability to break the laws of physics, vibration of molecules at subatomic levels, Time travel, think in super speed.

Weakness:
Superman - Kryptonite and Extremely powerful weapons/punches (Dooms Day)

The Flash - Human stuff, bullets and shit but that's only if he doesn't dodge them. Accelerated aging if not attuned to the speed force. (Black Flash)

Well, if that's the case, why can't they beat every single superhero/villain. Hulk isn't fast enough either, Thor isn't that fast, even if he is godly. That's because you're thinking of the comic drawn version where each of them had a chance to think/breathe/blink.

I thought it was meant theoretically, not in the pages of comics.

Even so, Flash could take him out before he's done any spells, so could Superman. That's how DC would write it. They've made them so powerful that to make it credible at all, they have to restrict them.

superman can ONLY be hurt by kryptonite.... so any other physical damage (however fast) is trivial.

superman can also travel super fast.... he can even go back in time!!!!!

so sorry, its superman all the way. the flash is fast, but superman is superfast, he has all the speed of the flash with added invincibility. even if he cant move as fast as the flash he still has super fast reflexes and could laser the flash to peices just by turning his head.

or he could just go back in time and kill the flash whilst hes on the toilet taking a dump. i know superman wouldnt do something as cowardly as that, but if i was superman i would totally do that.
