So my friend sent me this pic of a girl who was in her underwear/bra. no nude.

so i went to the guys boyfriend as a joke and was like yo pay me or i wide spread it! so he gave me 5 bucks. so i deleted it.

the girls mom finds about the picture and the guy tells the mom that i black mailed him.

now she's threatening to get a restraining order and sending me to jail.

Can i go to jail? I'm 16 >.<

no.. here in philippines no way.. her parents will tell your parents to scold you of what you did to them.. as a punishment.. your parents will decide that..

What you can do to minimise the problem: Go find her mom and apologise, promise not to do it again. You get a load of scolding, and you deserve it.
