Reputation: 17I'm going to go cut now...
I left my PS3 on over night.. and then some today..
I tried to install the game and it came up with an error code.. looked it up and it said that the server stopped it? or i only downloaded half the file because of the server?
Does this mean no one can download it either?
I have my game ID anyway ^_^

Reputation: 17Download it Peer to Peer, server connection cut when I tried to do it the other way, Peer to Peer worked though.
So, from a website?
Any idea where from?
The thing is, which if you reply with answer could possibly help me with my other ps3 problem, I can't get the files i have downloaded from the pc to my ps3..
Mp3 players are usb storage devices correct?
My sony mp3 player is bound to be useful with an 8 gb storage capacity...
But if i plug it in to the ps3.. can i extract the files form the mp3 to the ps3?
I tried downloading the firmware manually like that but it failed..
I am confuzzled =[

Thats why you should never stay up till midnight for a game.
*Snicker*
So the MGS fans have to wait even longer now, all because there are actually too many fans trying to play. The irony is awesome.
Bet Konami is loving it, though. In their eyes, dollars(Yen?) are dancing for the commercial release of MGS4.
omg im so frustrated by this
is what i would say if i could afford a ps3 and the game.
i hope it lives up to the hype though because im really looking forward to playing it in like three years time.
Reputation: 17When I said Peer To Peer, I meant from the download. I thought you meant the update, my bad. You mean the client itself? That should download, as it's from the PSN, not the MGO Network.
Reputation: 17Sounds like you got a bad download, re-download it.
Well when you guys are able to play, tell me how it is. I don't feel like doing beta, anymore.
