looking for a good mmo with good pvp
i dont know any good mmos with good pvp except ragnarok but that game gets boring really fast now anyone know any other games that arent to much of a grind i mean i can stand a grind but like not a major grind like secret of solstice style grind thats going way overboard the game also needs good pvp it can be 2d with nice anime style graphics or 3d with med or nice graphics

I heard ShadowBane is a good pvp game. Supposedly its really easy to get max level if you have people plvling you. But i never had friends in that game so i never got far.
RF Online is around pvp, though its really only during wartime, but its basically 3 races killing each other.

shadowbane sucks its crappy point and click not anything like lineage 2's point and click its like some weird ******ed version of it
personally I would go for neosteam if you like the graphical style of it if not then go for L2 or something.

Do not play Silkroad, the servers are terrible. You can only log in at certain times since the server can only hold so many people at one time and those who pay gets a spot reserved just for them. Plus the majority of the people are turks and do not speak english. Major grindfest and pvp is not that great.Originally Posted by kok3114

Guild Wars.
Although the max is level 20. The PvP/GvG/PK is one of the best of free MMORPGs out there (no monthly fee, and you can buy it for 15 bucks, or just register for a free CD key at fansites lol).

Dark Ages of Camelot has the best PvP....The developers of DAoC have a trademark and rights to the RvR PvP. If you want something with newer graphics and a similar RvR system, wait for Warhammer: Age of Reckoning.
Other than that, you have decent PvP in some of the F2P MMORPGs. Neosteam G&G's CB testing will start in less than 11 hours and It has various PvP types: Battle Royale, Battlefeild, and Siege Wars.

If u Like Cartoonish PvPs.. Then Grandchase is Your Thing Its Not Only Based on PvP.. It has Quest That 4 People Can Be In... I've Played It & still Play it But Not Often.

Guild wars is one of the best PvP games currently released. I would also add in that you may like DAOC, except that its P2P but the download is free and the grind is extreemly quick

Cabal is good pvp ONLY if u have good items.. need VERY great items which is not easy to get , u need save money in cabal from level 1.selling etc.
but it gets boringggggggggggggggggg all u do is pvp when ur high lvl..
when u have good stuff etc.. thats all u do.. PVP.
now i see many people selling their acc ;/
anyways Dragon raja has good pvp but to many hackers and is old.
so dunno.

Shaiya also has a pretty fun PvP system. Basically the mainland maps are non-PvP. Each major city has a portal to a PvP area which is similar to a Castle Siege except you go after altars.
PvP maps for levels 1-15, 20-30, and 1-60.
You get bonuses from blessings which are obtained from taking altars in the PvP maps. If all altars are taken you'll get full blessings which helps a lot in PvP and grinding.
You also have a PvP rank which is based off your kills. Everyone in your party gets kills from any of your members who kill someone. You can also turn in your PvP kills and deaths to a NPC for stat bonuses.
I personally give the game a 6.5/10 for overall gameplay and 8.5/10 for PvP
