The movie is extremely sad. Tv series covers the school arc. Next season will feature the after story, which is the second half of the movie.
The series is great, though. I loved every minute of it till the end, you can click the sig in my siggy to go to the info page. (It's the one with the girl beating the start against the guys face.)
