ATC Ray Crash - Question

I apologize for having to ask this question (because I know it has been answered), but what happened to Ray Crash? I realize the company that ran it shut down, but I remember someone else picking it up and hosting it (I think they changed the name too).

Does anyone know the name of this new version and host (and if it's still around)?

i used to play it in 2006 i think not much ppl on it gotta wait like 10 min per game i dunno what happend to it i quit ,than came back to it...and the site was unactive and stuff so i quit. than later the site was gone so i think it gone i dont think anybody rehost it.
