Don't listen to this idiot. I'm sure he's another person that got to like level 10 and quit. All games suck before you get to the point that you can do end game stuff. IMO it's worth trying.

See thats the thing, there IS no endgame "stuff" other than the same old shit thats in every other MMO.
I love this game I honestly do but I just up and quit...I'm tired of the stupid GM's who can't speak english correctly, tired of the chinese people killing everyone for no reason, tired of the annoying grind (there isn't as much as other games honestly but its still really really annoying to have to kill monsters over and over again in a game based purely on PVP), your characters are going to be wiped anyhow so theres no reason to play right now unless you like grind, also tired of the fact that I won't ever get any new skills after lvl 20, tired of the extremely exaggerated transportation system (seriously, THREE different types of transportation when they could EASILY make it ONE and make it a lot easier/cheaper to deal with yet they still choose to put a subway, balloon, teleport, and a zepplin in the game all 4 of which go to various different places than the other and the typos definitely don't help in that area) classes are very very uneven (Summoners are ****ed as far as PVP goes, and the money stealing pet is completely ****ed as far as PVP goes as well) drop/loot system is more ******ed than barney disguised as a mentally handicapped child (srsly one of my characters got THREE, not one, but THREE of the same EXACT rare bows in a row, you tell me thats random not to mention that I've never gotten the weapons or armors that I actually need for my character, its always been stuff for other classes)

Ugh I'm ranting right now..I'm not saying its a bad game just the devs need to fix a lot of shit before they decide to release this...personally I'll play once it goes OB as long as theres no wipe.

Reminds me of a combination of RF and Flyff. However a LARGE portion of the Chinese community will be moving to this game once it goes gold. I have not had any decent experiences with Chinese or Brazilians in MMO's.

All your ranting about problems are always seen in Closed beta, I repeat C-L-O-S-E-D B-E-T-A. Of course there are gonna b unbalances, typos, and such. Thats why game makers set up beta's for. So you really can't judge the game by it is right now, so watch some vids and read about the foreign ones and see whats in store in the near future im really tired of people not relising closed beta is set to find these problems before going live. I mean honestly haven't you all played enough closed betas or mmo's to relise that?

@SirLexon, He realizes it in CB, there's no need to be mocking him. In my opinion, if this game is PVP based but so far it's unbalanced, then they do got a lot of shit to fix. Once pvp is even, I'm sure it'll kick ass and I'll be willing to play it when it goes gold.

It isn't like their going to magically fix everything after closed beta lexon, typos i can forgive unless it gets in the way of the actual game and in this case it is.

Class unbalances are fixed BEFORE they are ported, not after. (obviously their not going to port a 4 year old version of the game their porting, their going to port a fairly new version of it unless their complete morons)

All I see in videos right now is RvR which is ok but thats only 2 hours out of every week.

Other than PvP/RvR there is nothing else in store for us.

I can honestly say I have played well over 80 different MMO's and played at least 30 minutes in each usually more though.

I still love this game to death don't get me wrong its just a bunch of little things tied together that are bothering the crap out of me right now but it doesn't mean I'm going to stop playing.
It DOES mean I'm going back to my tech account because the onrpg guild crap is all bullshit considering theres only 2 other people in it whom are never on..

Also I'm Corncob xD but I'm not going back to mystery, the castles/towns are way too huge to be navigating everyday and it seems like everyone switched over to the tech side right now (or at least its more even now)

What I mean by pvp being uneven :
Two handed weapons > One handed weapons because you can hit and run while one handed weapons are meant for DPS (meaning you have to stay with the target)
Summoners < all other classes Why? Because they have absolutely no attack power whatsoever and if their summon dies, they die.
Some of the classes have a stun skill that is way overpowered, I've seen a lvl 21 beat a lvl 26 twice because he stunned the lvl 26 for about 6-8 seconds and during that time he did about 3-4 different STA moves that basically meant certain doom for the lvl 26
Archers < all classes other than summoners, first of all they have to be longrange second of all their dmg isn't any better than close range attackers, which it should be but sadly its not, and they have really no way of stunning or escaping from close range in any way and mages do way more damage at once than archers do not to mention they can poison. (Cure is useless in PvP as well as heal unless its team based, but there really isn't any team based PvP)
Someone with a healing pet is going to have a huge advantage over someone with an attack/steal pet because the attack pets lets face it they suck complete ass and the steal pets are obviously crappy for PvP.
Classes that use an even amount of MP and STA have a huge advantage considering they can use up all their MP, use an MP pot, use all their MP again, use all their STA, use a STA pot, Use all the sta, repeat. Because people who use only STA or MP are going to run into cool downs on their pots while people who use both fairly evenly barely have to worry about cool downs because their using 2 different sets of pots.
I could go on but I'm tired and probably going to bed like right now..lol

Just as an ending note, remember I LOVE this game more than any MMO I have played to date, the reason I like it is because I love the whole fantasy mixed with steam age setting and the grind is actually fairly enjoyable because they use interesting monsters and there are bosses everywhere which creates a nice challenge though at the moment it may appear to suck to a lot of people because theres almost no one who is below lvl 20 who isn't chinese/spanish/some other language at the moment but hopefully when it releases people will give it another go. And the endgame content isn't really endgame its all throughout the game as long as your higher than 15-20 ish because quantity can easily overtake quality in this game, and I like that (me and another lvl 20 took down a lvl 30 something)
I'll probably start playing again on my tech account but never again will I go on mystery.

Also since I didn't answer the first post yet..Its like Lineage 2 meets FEZ meets Final fantasy 7 with a bit of anime sprinkled on top.

Games dont change that much from CB to realease, I repeat, G-A-M-E-S D-O-N-T C-H-A-N-G-E T-H-A-T M-U-C-H F-R-O-M C-B T-O R-E-A-L-E-A-S-E.

Honestly I didn't notice a difference from before to after, I still leveled to lvl 10 within 20-30 minutes before and after it was changed.

Well Grandchase released the US version with almost no content and they've been slowly adding over time. It's working well for them and the player base has gotten a lot bigger over time.
