Korean MMOs are known for their grindfest, but it's understandable since Asians do not mind grinding and leveling as much as North Americans do. It's just a difference in market demands.
And since we are getting Korean MMOs from 3~4 years ago introduced as new MMO in NA market, it's obvious the timeline is way too different and the that demand has changed alot since then.
If you are looking at some of the new Korean MMOs that came out this year, you are going to have to wait 3~4 years to come to the NA/European market, if it does come out.
Yes it sucks for us I know. But there is one company that are actually interested in global market and that's NCsoft.
For now, I don't have any F2P games I want to recommend at all

I played it until level 41(65 is max I think) and I loved their combo/air combo system.
I myself gave up on F2P games and now waiting eagerly for the upcoming P2P MMOs.
