Tragedy of "Guys don't hit girls"
Ever heard of the phrase "guys don't hit girls?" Well at school, a random girl just beat the crap out of my someone I know but not friend for absolutely no reason. I asked him "Why did she hit you and why did he just stand there and took it. He responded, I don't know her and I didn't fight back because shes a girl.
Ok now... What would you guys do if this happens to you, assuming you do or don't know her?

Yes, I have done what I have said. I never hurt the girl and she learned not to vent like that in public. The cold shower got her attention and made her realize what she is doing could do her more harm than good.
For your own action, pushing can be considered a second degree assault related to self defense. Some officers will charge you and some wont. Its their own judgement. In the mind of the masses, a push is still an attack from a male to a female.

I do agree that females shouldn't attack males really badly that there may be permenant scarring and we can't do anything about it except basically becoming their own perosonal therapist whilst it's happening but alot of men strike there woman even if they shout, and that is wrong.

I was raised with the belief, and took it on myself, that you do not put your hands on a woman.
However, my own mother used to say to me "If a girl is misusing that respect, and abusing you, you fight back.".
I would never full on fight a girl, but if it came to me getting hardcore physical abuse, I would physically stop her and defend myself.

The term "equal rights" are a joke in the US. Even though females and males have "equal rights", when something goes to trial where its a female vs. a male 80% of the favor goes towards the female before the trial has begun.
You can look though several cases that goes through many courts and see your situation fails.
If equal rights of the sexes began when the US government was established, it may be different. In todays world, you need to come to terms with reality.

I don't live in the U.S for one, so I'm not sure how woman are treated down there, or their rights in general and how their respected.
I have a good sense on reality, but the world would be better if people realized that no sex is better than another, and that what goes for one should go for the other.
It's true that if something is taken to court involving abuse, it will be pointed to the man, probably due to the amount of other cases it has happened in, other than that, if other things hadn't of happened to disgrace being a man, nobody would be bias.

Great post. This is exactly what I would think/do.
I won't stand there and take a beating from anyone. I don't care if it's a girl, guy, or some kid. They come at me and I'll either restrain them, or knock them out depending on the level of aggression they were displaying.
It will do them good anyway getting knocked out. Most people won't start a fight again so easily after getting knocked out. A little ass kicking sets a lot of people straight.

If someone attacks me I look at them as a person that is threating my health/well being.
Notice that I said person and not male of female.
The way I figure it, girl, guy, ******* or whatever... if they attack me, gender means nothing and I will stomp their faces into the curb.
