Tenvi error when click game start

I keep getting this error.
When I start the game (I already installed), a patcher/updater will come out and close by itself,
and give me this error



How to fix this?

Don't call me noob or whatever, I'm just new to Korean games as I only play english games.
I have Korean Unicode on, what else do I need and how to get them?

I use both these websites to start the game

I already tried restart, but didn't work.

If can't be solved, then I just wasted my time making account and downloading the game.

check ur drivers...ergh the 32 and 16 bit thingy on your desktop settings

(right click on desktop properties that thing)
