You get a cash shop item , at lvl 10 which enables 30 days of auction house server wide , it list items from the 2 test servers currently.
You can also npc items , get money , the item is held for 24 hours currently, in which you can buy it or for a 3% tax , sell it on the npc at a "valued price" like a silver sword has a value of 4 , it cant excess a certain amount currently 12% of the npc value.
There is a npc in next to the mail system which you can buy levels , with points , exchange characters (cost 45 points) , exchange items (for points) and other things that I cant read.
You can also "drop off" a character npc , who will give the character 8% xp per hour , for 100 points.
Its based on ZT Online , 1 to 40 is quick , even grinding , everything cost points though , even the blacksmith cost 1 point per refinement. I m trying to figure a way to buy into it. I found it through site on MMosite , and followed the links.

Fenrir787 , why is it a bad idea? 99% of Rohan and f2p will be freeloading locust , who strive on being number one. Why allow the locust to move freeily , and not pay. If you put in systems like SOE exchange or Live Gamer , you ll draw more money and more players.
SOE in 2006 ~ 2007 said the number of players who used the exchange exceeded those that bought the adventure packs and expansions. That is bankable money.
Its a cash shop depended game , nothing can upset the balance. Plus you get an instant cash cow. 1) Pvpers love to gank and be uber ~ milk them and milk the kids / adults with too much money 2) pvp is a never ending cycle of pay back , death , and power struggle ~ milk it , much like we do when 2 countries are fighting , sell arms to both side and hope they wipe themselves out.
