Mainly Oomph! and Megaherz like Sweeps said though.
Rammstein are the only band worth it, in that sense.
If you want a band that sounds like them, get them.
Reputation: 677Live in Berlin, fk the rest, especially Amerika (man that was a let-down, but that was already obvious with that title)...
"Mein Teil" probably stands out, "Keine Lust" is decent, the newer stuff doesn't achieve the same impression though or is in any way comparable to the things they brought our before.
Rammstein is still special though, even though I don't fully know why people who don't understand it would listen to it.
If you are interested in the "Neue Deutsche Härte", be aware that abould half of this will sound like this:
(I wouldn't find much to it besides the text, which makes it a classic; Those industrial club DJ's used to always ignore us asking them to play it, or play it as the last song before closing at best (acoustic version though))
And not much like:

Music is music, I buy music to listen to music. Not words.
So therefore it being in German doesn't matter to me, really. Lyrics mean nothing to me, they're just a good addition if the lyricist is good. Listeners need lyrics, music doesn't.
ANYWAY, I love Rammstein's last stuff, from Rosenrot. Their best is probably anything from Mutter, though. Live in Berlin was amazing.
