    Dude, Planescape: Torment in the shit!

    Like the scene where the Dead Nations capture you, and they just sit around waiting for you to die so you can join them. The black humor in that is out of this world.

    Or Morte and Nordom and Falls-from-Grace. God, that was so funny!

    Or the epic conversation with Ravel! How about that for awesome writing in a video game!

    Yeah, it's a ****ed up game, but it breaks genre and boundaries in a good way. It's a refreshing game, even though it's a decade old.
