Getting caught for downloading movies and music

As far as I'm aware, it's not illegal to download things. Only illegal to upload.

And besides, even if you were uploading, you would receive a cease and desist letter, so it's not like the FBI would come out of nowhere.

Actually similar situation happened to this kid I know, except the FBI blew the door open, swat was there too, lots of bloodshed, m16A4s going off. But I think he learned his lesson

If you're that worried, you might just want to stop doing it.

Or, since that is very unlikely, find a program to mask your presence (If such a thing exists; I do not download very often anymore).

I was caught and had a fine of €1000,- and my provider suspended my internet xD So I'm back with wireless and my bank account that I can take money from is sort of empty, the other one however is like rich! To bad I can't touch it till my 18th and I got my car >.>
